IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM AJES NURSE!
Your child’s medication needs to be picked up at Anna Jarvis no later than noon on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The medication must be picked up by this date and time or it will be discarded. Students cannot carry medication to or from school. An adult must pick up the medication.
A new Medication Form must be filled out each year by your child’s doctor and signed by you the parent/ guardian. You can find the Medication Form and Dietary Form on the Taylor County Board of Education website. You can have it filled out at your convenience this summer before school starts in August. Every medication requires a separate form. Bring it on the first day of the next school year with the proper medications.
The same medication form is used in all Taylor County Schools, so if you child will be attending another school within our county it will be the same form.

Congratulations to all of our students who exhibited positive citizenship and outstanding character for the month of May.🎉👏

TCS Last Day of School Reminder:

Reminder tonight is our Family STEAM night! There's still time to join the fun! We will be here til 6:30pm

We are changing our end of the year awards to be held at Anna Jarvis now. The times for the awards to start did not change. Since we are very limited on parking, we will be shuttling parents from the former Crislip hotel lot on Moritz Avenue and Pike Street.
ALL visitors for second grade awards will have to have an ID with them since they are going to the classroom. The rest of the awards will be held in the gym and parents will not be going to the classrooms.

We are beginning dismissal now so are on a six minute delay from our regular schedule.

We are delaying dismissal for a few minutes due to the severe weather for student safety. An update will be posted when we start to dismiss. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Congratulations to the students recognized during yesterday's board meeting for their academic achievement!
