Dear Families and Students,
Taylor County Schools is sharing information so that all are aware of Taylor County Health Departments COVID testing days and hours as well as vaccination opportunities as we move towards the start of our school year. They are offering testing daily from 2:00-4:00 p.m. except Tuesdays with hours from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Vaccine clinics are held daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesdays until 8:00 p.m. at their offices located at 101 Beech Street.
Vaccinations are our number one mitigation strategy as we return to school. While we are aware those under 12 cannot receive the vaccine, family members and others eligible can do their part by getting vaccinated. Together we can make the difference for our students to have as normal a year as possible.
