2025-26 Calendar Update for Taylor County Schools-
We have great news to share! The West Virginia Department of Education has approved our 180‑day calendar waiver request. This means we will NOT be required to make up three snow days this school year.
📅 The last school day for student attendance in grades K–12 will remain June 3rd.

Another WV elementary school, Logan Elementary, experienced a fire last Saturday resulting in the loss of basically everything in their school. Our school would like to help their school out! The main things they are in need of now are things to make their classrooms feel like a home, indoor recess items, and storage containers. Please se the attached flyer for more information. All donations need to be turned in by Wednesday, March 4. Thank you for your help!
