Mrs. Musgrove's class participated in a turkey exchange! The students had to design their turkey and complete a couple paragraphs describing how they created their turkey. After they were done writing, they exchanged writings and tried to re-create their partner’s turkey! Other teachers voted on the ones that were as closest to the design of the original turkey! ❤️🖤

5th grade Texas Roadhouse fundraiser orders will be available for pickup Thursday November 21st from 3:30-6:00. Please park by the pavilion on the side entrance and come through the doors near the band room. A 5th grade teacher will meet you and grab your order.

To honor this beautiful celebration, students learned about the significance of ofrendas (altars) and the ways they are used to remember and celebrate loved ones who have passed. Each student created their own ofrenda, adding personal touches to honor special people in their lives. It was a day of learning, creativity, and respect for a tradition that celebrates life and memory. 💀💐🕯️
