🧱🌸 Taylor County Middle School LEGO & Micro-Build Club 🌸🧱
TCMS is excited to share some highlights from our new LEGO & Micro-Build Club pilot program for 7th and 8th grade students!
Over the past few weeks, students have spent time after school building LEGO and micro-brick creations while developing creativity, patience, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fun hands-on environment.
This week, club members also wanted to recognize teachers and staff members they appreciate during Teacher Appreciation Week by creating and delivering handmade LEGO flower builds and appreciation tags throughout the school.
We are incredibly proud of the creativity, effort, and perseverance our students have shown through this pilot program. Several students challenged themselves with detailed micro-builds that required patience and persistence, and it has been amazing watching their confidence grow with each project.
Thank you to our student builders for helping spread kindness and appreciation throughout TCMS this week! 🧱✨🌸
We look forward to continuing to grow the LEGO Club and expand creative opportunities for students in the future.
