The WVU Center for Resilient Communities (CRC) announces its second Resilience Ambassador Program, to be held in the Summer of 2025. The CRC has embarked on an innovative project to accompany the next generation of change-makers in a collaborative process to build more vibrant communities and assess the vulnerability to flood hazards in their communities in teams. Students will learn the concepts, skills, information, and attitudes that might increase our preparedness for future flood disasters. The CRC invites high school students ages 15 to 19 across Marion, Monongalia, Preston, and Taylor County to come together and participate in their Resilience Ambassador Program. See flyer and scan the QR code for more information.
